Does the procedure hurt?
Most clients report minimal discomfort. We use a highly effective topical anesthetic before and during the procedure to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible. Many clients even fall asleep!
How long do permanent brows last?
Permanent makeup typically lasts 1 to 3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Oilier skin types may fade faster. We recommend an annual color boost to keep your brows looking fresh and crisp.
What is the healing process like?
The full healing process takes about 4-6 weeks. For the first few days, your brows will appear darker and bolder. Around days 5-10, they will start to flake and peel. Once the flaking is done, the color will appear very light, but will bloom back to the surface over the next few weeks.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, ibuprofen, and fish oil for 24 hours before your appointment to prevent excess bleeding. Stop using retinol or acids around the brow area 2 weeks prior. Do not wax, thread, or tint your brows within 3 days of the procedure.
